We’re offering another free Customer Service training course to help unemployed people in Stockport gain valuable work-based qualifications.
Since March we delivered a number of Customer Service training packages to local unemployed people who want to work in the industry. As the last courses were so popular and people are still enquiring, we’ve decided to run another two-week Customer Service training package!
During this two-week course, learners will have the opportunity to gain four industry-specific qualifications. Learners will achieve Level 1 qualifications in Customer Service, Business Admin, Social Media and Equality and Diversity. Each of these qualifications are nationally-recognised and centred around the skills needed to work in a customer focused role. Having these qualifications on their CV will help them stand out from other candidates.
Meghan Dyer, who has tutored the previous courses, is totally convinced about the positive impact the course will have on the learners.
“It’s a great way for learners to build up their confidence as well as their qualifications,” Meghan told us.
“They gain multiple qualifications in such a short time. They’re also encouraged to continue their learning in the centre to gain qualifications in maths, English and IT if they need to.”
It’s possible for learners to get up to seven qualifications, which will boost their CV and help them catch the eye of employers. If you’re looking to start a career in a customer focused role, then this workshop will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need.
Our next Customer Service training package begins on Monday 14th May and there are still places available.
