This type of training is aimed at people with trades such as Plumbers, Welders, Carpenters, Electricians, Roofers, Scaffolders, Demolition and Maintenance workers and is also ideal for self-employed professionals as well as jobseekers.

How to claim?
As part of our Employment Pathways we offer this training completely free, as long as you have completed our suggested free educational programmes.
As long as you haven’t achieved a Level 2 qualification in either English, maths and IT, and you pass our eligibility criteria, we can help you boost your CV.
Am I eligible?
You are eligible for the Asbestos Awareness Training course if:
– You are 19 years old or older as of 31st August
– You are in receipts of benefits and looking for work
– You have lived within the EU for a minimum of three years
– Have not previously received a Level 2 English qualification
