We are offering free Business Admin training that helps unemployed people in Doncaster gain valuable work-based qualifications.

Since March we have delivered a number of our Pre-Employment training packages to local unemployed people. To further help people in Doncaster, we’ve decided to run a two-week Business Admin training package.

During the course, learners will have the opportunity to gain four industry-specific qualifications. Learners will achieve Level 1 qualifications in Business Admin, Customer Service, Social Media and Professional Telephone Skills. Each of these qualifications are nationally-recognised and are designed to equip people with the skills needed to work in an administrative role.

Though the Business Administration course is new to Doncaster, the same training programme has been extremely successful in other areas around the country.  And our Learner Recruiter, Helen Umpleby, is positive that the course will be just as successful in Doncaster.

“There’s always such a mix of abilities wanting to take part in the Business Admin courses,” Helen told us.

“Some of our learners had worked in the sector for a number of years. They informed me they were struggling to get interviews as they had no qualifications on their CV to back up their experience.”

It doesn’t matter if you already have a background in administration and want to gain formal qualifications or you want to start a whole new career, this free workshop will provide you with the skills you need.

The Business Admin training package begins on Monday 21st May and there are still places available.
