For more than a decade, we’ve been committed to delivering courses in English, Maths and IT and improving the all-round employability of our learners. In that time, we’ve delivered literally thousands of qualifications to adult learners, improved their chances of finding long-term and sustainable work, and we have become one of the largest providers of learndirect courses in the whole of the UK.
We take great pride in the work we do everyday in our learning centres in the North West, Black Country and Yorkshire and Humber. We think that our growing reputation is down to our commitment to providing quality and job-focused training to adults, quicker than most of our competitors can.
These standards don’t just stop with our learners either. As a company, we gain the same commitment from our employees, too. In return, we support the individual’s own personal career development. That’s the kind of culture we support here at in2wrk.
Over the years these high standards have helped us develop strong links with various organisations across the north of England. Our work has made us lots of friends and allowed us to form mutually-beneficial partnerships with other community-focused projects. However, while there are people still needing a helping hand getting back into work, our job is never done.
We’re very proud of what we’ve achieved so far at in2wrk, but we’re more excited about what our future holds. Our vision is to build on the good work we’re already doing and we aim to do this by meeting other people and organisations with the same passion – upskilling people’s literacy, numeracy and computer levels to give them a better shot at finding the career they want.
If you share those values as well, we can’t wait to hear from you.
