Hours of Work: Monday – Friday; 37.5 hours per week

o    Holds their A1 assessor qualification and has at least 2 years experience of assessing

E assessment Test Invigilators wanted for- Leeds/Manchester/Wolverhampton – £8 per hour

Work Locations:  We need test Inviglators in the following centres:  Leeds/Manchester/Wolverhampton/Birmingham and Hull

Hours:                       Part-time (will include evenings and Saturdays)

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

• To facilitate the provision various e-assessment contracts, including Home Office testing for the purpose of settlement or citizenship applications/Teacher Testing and others in both our Leeds and Manchester Test Centers.
• Registration of tests
• To provide administrative support for the centre
• To contribute to the continued success and growth of Business Advice Direct Ltd (BAD)

PROFILE:
The position requires the successful candidate to pass Security Checks equivalent to Home Office Clearance. To apply  you MUST hold a current passport.  The ideal person will be firm, without being officious; polite; have the ability to speak to candidates at all levels. You will have good administration skills and be able to handle queries and complaints.

MAIN DUTIES:
• Printing of candidate lists
• Registration of learners onto testing system
• Collection of personal identification in line with guidelines
• Delivery of guidelines to all learners
• Invigilation of tests
• Issuing of results, including guidance for further study where required
• Updating in-house system on completion of test session
• Administration, such as completion of Incident Reports
• Any other duties as required by your Line Manager
• Compliance with company policies and procedures

You’ll be organised, with commercial acumen and have the ability to communicate at all levels.  You’re written work will be excellent and you will have empathy and compassion.  You’re comfortable being told what to do, but not afraid to question, and you don’t mind change.

 

Ideally you will have previous experience of working with Government Funded contracts, however, training may be given to the right person.  You will be required to undertake a CRB check.  This position covers a large geographical area, and as such you must be prepared to travel between centres often, normally using the rail network, and there may be need for you to stay overnight on occasions too.

Checking centre files

Ensuring correct routes are taken

Monitoring LSE for access and programme information

Creation of reports, including areas of concern

Carry out Centre Health Checks
